I paid ₹699 for the quiz, but unfortunately, I was unable to complete it due to a technical/system error.

While attempting the quiz, I was unable to move from one question to the next. When I tried to proceed or submit, I received an error message stating that I needed to answer all the questions before submitting. However, the next question was not visible or accessible, so I had no way to answer it.

Due to this technical issue, I had no option but to quit the quiz. Unfortunately, my attempt was then locked, and I am now unable to complete the quiz or receive my certificate, despite having already paid ₹699.

I kindly request you to check the system logs and verify the technical issue. Please unlock or restore my attempt and allow me to complete the quiz without any additional payment.

I invested ₹699 for this quiz and was unable to complete it solely because of the technical problem. I therefore request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
